YOU can NOT use the services of taxi drivers that are waiting for you at the exit!!! You will be taken and confronted with the fact that the price is too high. It's just a natural crime.
As it was with me unknowingly - I took it, they said that "we are going by taximeter" - as a result, the price on arrival was naturally 10 TIMES HIGHER than it should be - 270 GEL!! In the process of "bargaining" it got down to 200, I had to pay, it was not very bright to ram at 3 a.m. in a new city with a muddy taxi driver. After Turkey, where I got used to the taximeter being reliable, this approach of course just shocked me, although it's my fault that I didn't check in advance.
