And the rating is "4" because there is no possibility of moving between terminals without going outside, for example, from the international terminal you can get to terminal 1 on local lines only by going outside, and at the same time additional time is lost, which is sometimes sorely lacking after passing through migration control. Waiting for a shuttle that runs in a circle is not an option and traveling with luggage on the street is not very convenient and comfortable.
