You will be standing at the Airport exit for about two hours. The queue is just huge. At the airport, they do not give shoe covers for the passage without shoes when you fly back. But the logistics of people with disabilities is very well established.
There is no duty-free zone. All stores in the neutral zone are taxed. The business halls are very average. But the plane does not stand in line for takeoff for a long time, as in New York.

Expectations do not correspond to reality. Poverty is off the scale. Homeless people at every turn. Garbage on the streets (there is less in the center). Unsanitary conditions. The "American Dream" has collapsed. There are also positive aspects of the city: the famous alley of stars (but again with homeless people underfoot). I liked Universal City Park.
