Naturally, we couldn't abruptly leave work and be at the apartment within 10 minutes. It's happened a few times. 3) we needed to determine the color of the doborov, WHICH WE TOLD THE MANAGER ON THE FIRST CALL. We were assured that there is a color. Then for 1.5 weeks we tried to meet with the measurer, we measured everything, waited for the calculation. And then it turns out that our color has not been in production for at least 2 years! To our displeasure, we were again told that it was our own fault and that we had misunderstood everything, and that they were constantly telling us this. When we told them to bring up the conversation recording and double-check what they were telling us, they got off the subject and started offering other color options, while saying that they would be very different from ours.
