First, the access to the station is quite easy not really hidden. When I arrived, I found the space rather well organized, with clearly indicated ticket offices to buy tickets, which facilitates the procedures. The agents on site were courteous and oriented me well.
Regarding the waiting, the space is quite large, and there are seats available for travelers. However, a negative point would be the lack of free Wi-Fi access, which could really improve the waiting experience.
As for the sanitary facilities, they were clean, but a little outdated. A little refreshment would be beneficial.
The security seems to be well assured with agents present and surveillance cameras. The departures are done in a fairly fluid way, which avoids confusion.
