We are always happy with the result of cleaning here, things do not spoil. The timing is not always 3 days, but it is not critical. If you need urgent, there is an express, they do everything quickly, the quality is not affected. I recommend

I gave my down jacket to the dry cleaner for 5 days, but I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the service. Instead of returning the item in proper condition, they gave me a crumpled down jacket — all the fluff was lost, the appearance was spoiled.
After my complaint, the down jacket was taken away for revision, but a few days later it was returned in the same crumpled condition, stating that the reason was allegedly “poor down quality". This sounds like an attempt to shift responsibility for poor-quality work to the client.
There is no question of any professionalism. If you value your things, especially down jackets, I strongly do not recommend this service.

I have been a client of this dry cleaner for 6-7 years.
I gave away my jacket 2 weeks ago. Near the exit from the room they have a capsule coffee machine for customers. I decided to make coffee.
To which the receptionist made a remark to me that you can't take it out! The glass was already full, but I didn't take it, turned around and left. You can't, you can't!
A week later, when I received my stuff, I told them to count the takeaway coffee that I hadn't drunk. To which the receptionist said that I stole a coffee capsule that day and she has video evidence for this!!!
I couldn't believe my ears! I bring branded items, I can afford any coffee and I was accused of theft???
Moreover, the thing was not even cleaned, I gave it back, but it was not cleaned again. This woman yelled at me, insulted me, behaved rudely and unprofessionally.
Such boorish behavior is not allowed!
It's good that there are other dry cleaners and polite staff in Yerevan!

On October 11, I gave the jacket to the dry cleaners, there were several stains on it. During the inspection, the receptionist did not even pay attention to them.
On October 18, a text message came that the jacket was ready to be issued. I came to pick up, before paying, I examined, ALL the stains were in place, Having said this, the same receptionist said that they would be cleaned again. Today, on October 24, they give out a jacket in the same dirty form, plus a few more clues appeared, which were not there. At the same time, it was rudely said that I myself had to show her these spots!
In 2 minutes, the stains were miraculously cleaned! After paying, I left the room, but on the street I was confused by a terrible smoky stale smell, as if the jacket had been actively worn all this time. I immediately returned, and this woman accused me of smoking it myself (I don't smoke, if anything)! It was also rudely said: "Don't like it, don't take it!" That is, should I give them an expensive thing and leave?!
I do not recommend it!
Boorish attitude and no respect! Communication in raised tones!
You will only spoil your nerves, mood and lose time, as this is the longest cleaning in Yerevan.

I wanted to find out exactly where they are in Yerevan mall for a long time I couldn't find and no one could help me, so I called, asked as politely as possible, received rudeness in response, somehow found them, it turned out they were in the room where the atelier is located in parallel and there was not a single hint that there was a dry cleaner there. I gave the coat back, they told me on the phone that they would do it within five days, in fact it turned out to be from 7 to 10. I do not recommend it as much as possible. By the way, the specified number when I called was unavailable and the service was down.

Disgusting. The deadline for readiness is 12 days. On the 14th day I called, they answered from the 4th time, said "if 12 days have passed, then it's definitely ready, you can pick it up." I went - it's not ready. Then, 17 days later, they call and say that they have lost the tag and describe my clothes and say that everything is ready and you can pick it up. When I arrive, it's not ready again. Disgusting service, the most terrible attitude towards the client that I have ever met, I will NEVER turn to them for services.

They do not meet deadlines! From the word - completely. Not only do you have to wait 10 days (!!!), but after 10 days they came for things, but they are not ready. They don't know how to organize their work! While we are waiting here, we have found another option, we have already managed to hand over and pick up clean things twice .
