I recently visited the Fifth Element store in order to get acquainted with the range of watches and get an adapted consultation. At first, I had positive expectations: I thought I would be able to get useful information and choose the appropriate option. However, I came across a situation that was extremely disappointing to me.
When I approached the consultant and asked him to show me the model of the watch, he replied that he would not open it because he believed that I probably was not going to buy it. Such a boorish attitude came as a real shock to me! It was truly unpleasant for me to hear such a thing. I came for information and a desire to talk about products, rather than face the seller's preconceived opinion.
I expected the staff to be interested in helping clients, rather than being limited by stereotypes. The more I think about it, the more I realize how important it is for a business to be open and responsive. If the store's employees are not ready to show interest in customers and their requests, even if they are just looking at the goods, this jeopardizes the company's reputation.
This attitude does not meet the standards of good service at all. I'm upset and I'm not sure if I'll come back to the Fifth Element again. I hope that the store will draw conclusions from such situations and start paying more attention to its customers.
In addition to the beautiful store in the new shopping center - for which I actually give at least one star, otherwise "0" and even a minus. The delivery of the goods a few days later is at best, the administrator on the issue is openly rude, the seller does not even know how to turn on the purchased device, not to mention tell something about its characteristics or advantages ((( And most importantly, no one gives a damn about your problems that the goods did not arrive on time. And the 5th element website is a separate topic. To log into your personal account via SMS or Viber message (you have to wait more than an hour for the code!!!). I highly do not recommend it!
I love the 5th element. A good chain of stores! A large selection of products and reasonable prices. I have just bought a vertical vacuum cleaner in the 5th element. There was a lot of choice. The consultants explained everything in detail. I'm sooo happy!!! I recommend it!!! I took the vacuum cleaner in installments. Very convenient!

The quality of the logistics and service center is terrible. The track was handed over under warranty, because the canvas stopped when walking, or scrolled the canvas backwards (it is difficult to understand while walking, but it is very traumatic). The couriers arrived very politely, but that was the end of all the politeness and desire to figure out the problem. After 2 weeks, an employee of the logistics center will simply call you, who can only arrange for the goods to be delivered back, without explanation. Everything will be written in the warranty.
It's just impossible to get any feedback (how the track was checked, which modes were watched, walked on it, or just stood next to it and watched) in order to understand whether it was checked at all. According to the logistician, there is no such employee (who communicates with customers on warranty issues) in this organization. No one should or will call me. We took it, checked it, take it away! They offered to deliver the track to the store, where I should personally walk on it myself and check it. What for? I know there's a malfunction!
Bottom line, do not buy anything in these stores if you expect the warranty to be valid. You will simply be asked over the phone to do a "pre-trial examination and go to court," at least the employee on the phone told me to do so, making it clear that they would not look into my problem.
Very attentive and unobtrusive attitude of the staff. It was very comfortable, because I was very competently overextended as my requests progressed. She didn't go unnoticed for a second. I'll definitely be back.
Convenient location, helpful staff. I came up with a rather strange problem, and everyone I contacted - the cashier, the employee at the return, the consultants in the hall - helped in their part. I'm in Minsk on a business trip, and at the end of the day, a tired person is unexpectedly pleased with such an attentive attitude. Thanks again.
An old car broke down, and I started looking for a replacement. I found a cool model here with a good discount from the showcase, they said it was in the showcase, but they only used it for demonstration. Externally, there are no jambs at all, everything is perfect inside, too, the warranty is like a new one. It works quietly, the spin is powerful, and there are a lot of programs. As a result, Norm saved money and took equipment of a higher class than planned.
Incompetent employees work in the store
All they do is try to cram the product along with their unnecessary "insurance", but they don't know how to advise on the actual quality of the product. The staff did not know how to open the filter at the vacuum cleaner, three people stood over it and tried to figure it out + they did not put down or lost the charging cable for the vacuum cleaner, while they diligently tried to figure out how to open the filter.
We told them 3 times that we didn't need their insurance, but we stuck with it anyway, and 3 consultants tried to cram it in, one at a time - it would be better if they understood how the equipment they sell works. I wish them to learn how to sell efficiently and work out customer objections so that they will be willing to come back again. As a result, of course there is no desire to return, there is also no good impression of the purchase.
It is convenient that the website immediately shows whether there is a product in a particular store. No need to drive all over the city in search of the right model. You book and you can pick it up on the same day if you haven't found something in the shops of your city. I order and pick it up in a few days.
Terrible attitude of the staff ‼️
We came to buy 3 phones and a printer. As a result, one employee came up and began to communicate rudely, you see, 500 rubles for a phone is "beggarly." The second one doesn't know anything and had to choose and look at reviews on the Internet themselves, for any question: "look on the Internet."
I think we found 3 phones with the third one.
As a result , we hung around the store for 20 minutes , but no one brought them to the checkout ! We ask where, and the answer is "I don't know"!
Almost all consultants, with the exception of a few, are completely incompetent in matters of household appliances! When asked what is the difference between these models, they are full of nonsense! And an appeal to management: have an explanatory conversation with employees, especially female employees, that it is at least rude to discuss clients and giggle behind their backs! And it looks ridiculous and ridiculous !
This is the second time I visit this store. The second time was completely ignored by the staff. It feels like if I come to you, then I have to run after the sellers myself. I wanted to buy a Huawei Watch 5GT and compare it with the 5 Pro and 4, but I still didn't get at least a banal "hello." It's just awful.
Consultants are busy talking to each other instead of working. They said that the necessary product was not available, although it was later found on its own in the sales area.
The response to the complaint was as rude as their service.
Avoid this store whenever possible.

I was picking up the ordered device. At the same time, I looked at the assortment. In general, it's the same as everywhere else in the 5th element (stores). There is a minimum, the sellers are adequate, and if they don't know themselves, who knows the name?
It takes more than 10 minutes to find a consultant, and then another 10 minutes to wait for him. to buy the product from the showcase. "one consultant for several zones." so why even work until 22.00?
