Apparently they decided to throw off their ballast. I brought my mother to my place and attached her to my clinic to help her. The operation was the second and the first time it was opened for 10 days in another hospital. But no one cares here. And they do not want to hospitalize people with poor health and give them basic tests, then they send them home. Without a normal examination. The attitude towards patients is terrible. The doctor Verchenova E.N., who consulted on sick leave with Melenets N.Yu (who was also followed at one time to put her father on a group to receive free medicines). You don't want to get help, but to sit outside the doors all day and spoil your mood for these people. And when you say you're going to complain, they say they don't care.

As a result, I sat for another half hour at the doctor's door, waiting for a queue of one person. Three hours in the offices with a sore back is a so-so quest, not impressed)
I visited the "magnificent" specialist Turk Andrey Anatolyevich. He complained of diarrhea, nausea and abdominal pain. After listening to the indignation that I had to go to another clinic, despite the fact that I am attached here, the "examination" began. I measured the pressure and listened to the lungs for some reason. After measuring the temperature, he began to grumble that there was no temperature, and he could not check for abdominal pain and diarrhea. I sent it for tests, which are done + -1 hour. When the pathology tests came, then without indignation, but just with a dissatisfied look, he still opened the hospital. But not on the stomach, but on the SARS. Why and why is unclear. Later it turned out that 3! Mistakes were made in the sick list and it had to be reissued. I highly do not recommend such a "doctor" who does not know or does not want to do a basic examination on your complaints, but only tries to look for something similar to ARVI or pneumonia. After all, for such specialists there are no diseases that pass without temperature. No fever, no illness.
Ужасная п-ка!!! Полное разочарое пришлось в начале лета обратиться из-за новой прописки. Отсутствие полное специалистов медиков, лечить не хотят, а может и не умеют( всё пофиг
А нынче з/п у них достаточно неплохие!
По анализам и не хорошим показателям умалчивают, лишь бы не делать лишних движений ,безразличное отношение, равнодушие ! Всё надо узнавать через др. каналы и делать самостоятельно необходимые анализы в платных мед центрах! И кто у нас горло рвет о бесплатной медицине, покажите, где она?
П-ка , как в деревне, есть с чем сравнить, всю жизнь обслуживалась в центре города, там направят к нужным докторам и анализы и лечение на уровне, в отличии от этой 38 п-ки, благо есть куда вернуться по разрешению обслуживаться, здесь вы не дождетесь очереди по записи и направления к важным докторам: например к ревматологу в др. п-ку, прошло 2 месяца с лишним и тишина, Надежда лишь на себя, а ждать нет времени, когда надо лечиться срочно по костям и суставам!
Гастроэнтеролога здесь тоже нет, направляют куда-то и когда -то.
Если вам надо сделать ФГДС направят в др п-ку и готовьтесь, что голодной будете до 13-14 ч и позже, на утро попасть не реально и к тому-же не так быстро, как хотелось бы
В регистратуре 1 человек и талоны выдает и карточку заказать и информацию дать , всегда очередь( ЭТО БЕСИТ!
Ну почему в др. п-ке талоны выдаются и заказываются в отдельном окне, здесь это проблема!?
Страшно представить попасть туда осенью -зимой в период пандемии!

Поликлиника после ремонта, кабинеты и коридоры не вызывают страха или ассоциаций из фильмов ужасов, приятно провести 2-3 часа в очереди к своему врачу, среди разных персонажей, ворчливых бабуль и обычных людей которые просто сидят ждут своей очереди юзая телефон.
Есть кабинеты с очередями, не понятно брать талон не брать, все ровно все по-своему, но к каждому врачу по разному, есть кто без талона категорически не примут, а есть кто с талоном раньше на 15 минут не примут, толи бюрократия толи принцип.
В целом не плохо.

Самая худшая поликлиника в Минске. Впервые туда обратился с сильной болью в голеностопном суставе (ранее был ахиллобурсит). Сразу отправили в доврачебный кабинет, где мне пришлось потратить 3 часа своей жизни. Но туда я все равно не попал. Молодые врачи принимали одного человека 25-35 минут, а перед самым моим входом в кабинет вышла медсестра и сказала приема больше не будет. После моего вопроса что нам делать дальше, куда идти, всей очереди в хамской манере было сказано идите в регистратуру там и уточняйте какой врач вас примет. Всем спасибо все свободны. После Я отправился опять в регистратуру благо там самые адекватные и квалифицированные специалисты, которые быстро позвонили, и меня принял другой врач. После чего я ещё посидел 1.30 в очереди на снимок, но ждать 30 минут результат уже не стал. Так как после получения результатов никто не знал куда мне дальше нужно идти. Не узнав что у меня с ногой, после записи приятного отзыва в книгу жалоб и предложений я покульгал домой.Не тратьте здесь свое время и нервы. Отношение хамское как к скоту. Пробыл Я в поликлинике с 10.30 до 17.00.
