I was flying in transit through Serbia, both flights were delayed, in one direction, in the opposite direction!!!
Departure from Moscow at 2:10, eventually left at 5:00.
Well, the connecting flight was also delayed.

Terrible airline. There were 2 flights. During one, I got on an overbooking and instead of a direct flight of 3 hours, I flew 10 hours through Turkey. And on the return flight, they lost me altogether and couldn't put me on the plane.. and I was waiting for the airline to figure out how to take me away on another flight.. It's just tin..

The airline is a horror. The flight from Sochi was delayed more. less than an hour. Transit passengers stood at 7 a.m. to receive a boarding pass in Belgrade. A sleepy madam was serving. As a result, all flights from Belgrade were delayed. The luggage did not arrive in Rome. Agents in Europe cannot be reached. Unsubscriptions are received for a request to search for luggage. 10 days without clothes and medicines in a foreign country. The representative office in Moscow cannot help in any way, except to give a phone number and an e-mail in Belgrade, to which a formal auto-reply about receipt arrives. Dear Airline employees, you forgot that tourists return home on your own flights, and you will still have to meet and answer for your carelessness and irresponsibility.

The airline lost luggage on the connecting flight.There was no warning to passengers about an additional landing in Zagreb. One of the two lost suitcases was found in Rome. With a broken lid. The second suitcase was not found, despite assurances from the Belgrade office that they personally loaded the suitcase on the Rome flight. The letter about the loss was written at the Rome airport. The wife was not even offered a taxi or luggage delivery, which is prescribed in the rules of the company itself. I want to believe that the second suitcase with the necessary things for the child will be found.I believe that the company's representatives will apologize and compensate for the costs of independent trips from Rome and back to the hotel.
Our flight from Belgrade to Milan was cancelled on Aug 6, 2023 after 2 hours of waiting. That day, two more flights from Belgrade to Europe were canceled, and I had to run to buy other expensive tickets. There is little hope for a refund.
There was a non-trivial task - to exchange tickets with my wife, provided that there were no tickets for flights anymore. All this was greatly complicated by our lack of knowledge of Serbian and English. An employee of the company explained very, very, very long and patiently with two "pieces of wood" (with us) and finally the issue was resolved.
We took off without delay, the luggage was given out almost instantly, the breakfast was small, but edible. Tickets are expensive, but thank you that at least they fly
If you want to ruin your vacation. Welcome to Serbian Airlines. Your luggage will be lost with a 100% probability. The loss of luggage is not an exception here, but the rule!!!
Disgusting company, just awful! We Bought A Ticket From New York To St. Petersburg_New York via Belgrade, they sent tickets, flight information, then information about the flight delay, and then-at the check-in desk in New York!!!!Stupidly announced that my ticket was cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The tickets were bought 2 months in advance, the money was not refunded, I was simply thrown out of the airport-no one explained anything on the spot!!!!!!!!!!This is at the airport, where the airline representatives are not aware of what is happening at all. We sold Istanbul-Kazan tickets with a 45-minute transfer.
The plane in Istanbul was delayed for an hour, well at least the second plane in Belgrade was delayed too and barely made it to the flight

I want to thank AirSerbia Airline for the excellent service, there was a delay in the Belgrade - Sochi flight, due to the weather conditions in Sochi, the airline came out of the situation with dignity and respect for its passengers, snacks and water were offered to us at the airport, then an organized transfer to the hotel, and there full board for the duration of the stay. Thank you for the excellent service, I will always choose your airline if possible.
They don't care about customers to such an extent that they are definitely leaders in this. The worst thing in Serbia is Air Serbia.

Stupid covid partitions make it difficult to communicate normally with the person behind it.
A terrible company, a connecting flight of 7 hours and the luggage did not arrive. How can this be???

Do not contact this airline, because they canceled the flight, as a result, we were left without money and without new tickets. The "fraternal" airline apparently decided to fuck Russians, the hotline phones from Russia are disconnected and removed from the site, they do not respond to mail
