THE HORROR!!!! Complete disappointment in the service. The same humidifier was changed twice. After one day of use, a crack formed inside both humidifiers. And it's clear to a fool that it's a factory defect. The first time it was replaced, it was returned immediately because it was turned on immediately. I turned on the second one a week later at the cottage. The money was not returned under the pretext. MECHANICAL DAMAGE is not subject to warranty repair after 3 days after sale. SO how-so.
