I ordered a chair from them with home delivery. Not only did the movers not say hello or say goodbye, they just dragged a box of goods across the tile and handed me a "piece of paper to sign", while not offering to check the goods (which, it seems to me, is a terrible unprofessionalism). For my part, I didn't even think about it, because I was hoping for a good level of the store, but in vain - during unpacking and assembly it turned out that the chair arrived with scratches and without some bolts. As a result, the quality of the product does not match what I expected. But the most interesting thing is that after I left a review on their website about the product, it was not published due to the fact that "the review is not informative." That is, knowing about the problem of the product, employees of the 21st century are also trying to hide it. As a result, 250 rubles were wasted, and the chair is still available in the catalog for ordering.
