I have been trying to resolve the issue for more than a week, and nothing. The problem is solved with two calls, but the company has its own view on this. It is very unpleasant to deal with this organization. In good companies, everything is solved with one call. And here it's a mess and an outrage. Honestly, and no offense, I will never buy anything else in the 21st century. And I will dissuade everyone from shopping in this organization.

The availability of goods is real, there were no hung ads with old offers. The next morning, at 11:30, an SMS was received that you can pick up. And at any time within 5 days. I didn't order it home, although it was free. It is good to walk from the house to the pick-up point through 3 houses :)
I came, paid, immediately took out, checked, issued a warranty card.
Maybe they were not very welcoming, but they worked out clearly. The order pick-up point is clean, neat, pleasant to the eye in branded colors.
