Ascona is the height of cynicism and inadequacy! The sofa hasn't been delivered yet, but the brain has already been taken out! Not only is a small sofa 500 thousand, it's okay, you chose it yourself, which I regret, so delivery on weekdays from 11-20, and that's it! No options!! You'll get a call in an hour. OK, customer orientation is on top, before that 4 times the address was clarified, the contract is not enough, and after 4 confirmations it is not enough, so the delivery calls to CLARIFY the ADDRESS! and he declares - we will be there in 20 minutes!!! 20 CARL!! It just happened!"!! It's a huge mistake to contact them!!
