It is something, really. A tower in the center of Yerevan, 100 meters from the Republican square, rooms with terraces on the top of it and fascinating views of the city. And it deserves each of its stars and even more.
Extremely cozy, comfortable, superbly located hotel, with a stunning panorama of Yerevan, opening from two floors of the terrace.
Here we met talented young guys from the Transform theatre, who organized an enchanting celebration with a buffet, a string quartet and their unforgettable performance in one day.
So, if you need to combine a unique festive event with an acquaintance with Armenia, you are definitely here!
A wonderful hotel, a large bed in the room, boiling white linen, in the bathroom all the necessary amenities (hair dryer, shampoo, hair conditioner, disposable set for brushing teeth), towels are changed every day and cleaning every day. There is a kettle, mugs, tea, coffee, sugar in the room. The buffet breakfast is for any gourmet, the choice is excellent.
The staff was very friendly, they suggested everything so that we could quickly adapt. I have the warmest memories of visiting Yerevan. Thank you for the welcoming reception!!!
I was with friends in December 2023. I fell in love with the hotel. Good location, amazing views from the balconies to Ararat, an open terrace around the clock, good breakfasts with a viewing platform. The rooms have everything you need, a good bed.clear. I will definitely come back!!!!
Very convenient location - a few minutes to the square, 15 to the Cascade. Excellent view of Ararat in clear weather, you can sit on the balcony. 24-hour reception. A simple but hearty breakfast. The rooms themselves are simple, the pillows are very high.
Great location. Almost the very center, near cafes / restaurants. The view from the room is great. A normal breakfast. Nice staff. I'll probably come back here again
The location of the hotel is in the very center. The view from the terrace is amazing, to Yerevan, to Ararat. Registration at the reception is really round the clock. I'll stop right there next time. Nearby are the Kavkash captive and the Yerevan tavern
Well, it's just a delight. The hotel left a lot of impressions about Armenia. Although initially, when they approached, I thought it was not wanted? The room with a balcony is clean, cleaned every day. But my special love is the terrace and the roof. In the morning, after breakfast, we went out to finish our coffee, and of course take a photo. And in the evening, after the excursions, we were going to look at the night city and chat there!
This hotel became our home for 8 days. A huge open loggia where we held pajama parties every evening with wine and fruits and a view of the night Yerevan from the 14th floor. A fairy tale, a breakfast cafe on the 15th floor with an outdoor terrace and a view of Ararat. Well, what else can I say? If to Yerevan, then only to this hotel,
Nice hotel, five minutes walk from the main square of the city. Beautiful terraces overlooking the city. The rooms are quite comfortable, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is quite plentiful. Ask for a room with a view of Ararat - if this capricious mountain deigns to show itself, the picture will please you.
We liked it. Breakfast with a view of Ararat, European, there will be no porridge. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning. Our room had access to the terrace, from which you could climb the stairs for breakfast.
The location is excellent, the very center of the city.
A wonderful mini-hotel. Private terrace with a view of Ararat (if you are lucky enough to see it). The staff is excellent, everything is cleaned on time. After the eviction, they quietly waited for a couple of hours to leave for the airport on the terrace.
The breakfasts are good. Eggs, omelette, scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables, yoghurts - you will not stay hungry. The coffee is Armenian, delicious.
The view is of Ararat. It's pointless to add more.
The rooms are clean, cleaned regularly; the staff is friendly. I liked everything.
I'll start in order
1. The location is perfect. You are in the center near the singing fountains and near the Republic Square. The most popular cafes and restaurants are near you. It is an hour from the hotel to Lake Sevan and half an hour to Ichmiadzin.
2. We lived in room 9 on the 14th floor. Its own balcony and a 2-room room. Each room has a TV and air conditioning.
3. Daily cleaning. Everything is there: bathrobes, a full set of towels, bathroom amenities. If you don't have something, just call the reception.
3. Breakfast! People who complain about a boring breakfast- what do you have for breakfast?? Borscht?!)) 4-5 types of cheese. Sujuk, basturma (go see the prices for them on the market). Sour cream, matsun, butter. 2-3 types of hot: favorite with egg, omelet, scrambled eggs with greens, pilaf. Walnut jam, white cherry jam. I have no idea what else you can eat for breakfast)))
4. Staff. They are very responsive and friendly. Ready to help. Yes, maybe some things can be overlooked, but if you remind me, then everything is fine right away.
5. The room is clean, the cleaning is of high quality. There is an air conditioner unit on the balcony - I was amazed that there was not a speck of dust on it!
6!!! An important point! Many people write that it was difficult to find the address. If you are traveling by taxi or using the navigator, then specify : Dors craft beer & kitchen restaurant. On Amiryan Street. Right next to it, on the upper right, above the arch, you will see the 14th Floor sign. Go into the arch and there is a hotel.
A good hotel, in my opinion, is a little overrated. We spent five days in it. It was clean, the rooms and public areas were cleaned all the time. The room is nice, we had access to the terrace, large enough, but the bed is small, not comfortable for two adults. It was a little hot, the air conditioner was not working. We cleaned every day, changed towels, etc. The breakfasts were good, milk, eggs, sausages, basturma, sujuk, fruits, some hot stuff, for five days there was a pie with cabbage, and beans, and rice with vegetables, all the time new. A very comfortable terrace with a gorgeous view. The view from the 15th floor, where the breakfasts are probably the best in Yerevan, Ararat and the whole city are visible every morning. Very friendly and helpful staff, the guys at the reception always helped with any question, book a table at the restaurant, advise where to go, bought tickets to the opera, etc. Thank you very much! We were there with a small company, our guys had smaller rooms, but also cheaper.) The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. We rented cars, there is a parking lot at the hotel.
The neighborhood, of course, is so-so) garbage, some ruins, terrible gray high-rise buildings... in general, with all the beauty of nature, where Yerevan is located, I do not understand why the residents of the region do not fence their place of residence. In my opinion, just loafers and loafers, apparently waiting for someone to put them in order))

Excellent hotel, clean, decent breakfasts. Good location. The price-quality ratio is 5+. We lived with a friend in the same room, there was an exit to the veranda from the room, there are tables and chairs on the veranda. In warm weather, you can sit and drink wine with a view of the city.
An excellent hotel in its price category. Clean, fairly large rooms, quick response to the reception, hearty breakfasts, two blocks to Republic Square.
In front of the hotel there is a stall with delicious coffee and a good buffet dining room. There are restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket on the same street. Diagonally there is a park.
Possible disadvantages: very strong ventilation in the shower - it's cold right in the process of washing.

A magnificent hotel with a location in the very center of Yerevan. A variety of delicious breakfasts with panoramic views.
The room is newly renovated, there is a kettle, coffee/tea, water is added every day. 5 points.
A great hotel in the city center. Great view. Professional staff, a gorgeous veranda on the roof, a rich assortment of buffet Armenian cuisine. I liked.
Nice hotel in the city center, friendly staff. Among the shortcomings: during the stay, they did not find a fire escape, I'm afraid that it is simply missing there.
The hotel is very conveniently located, near a supermarket and cafes, almost in the very center. The room has everything you need, clean, delicious and varied breakfasts, a huge terrace in the restaurant overlooking Ararat.
For a few days, if you stay, it is a very decent hotel, good rooms, a comfortable mattress, there are slippers. But the breakfasts are the same and meager. 4 years ago, the breakfasts were very tasty and varied, which is why we chose the hotel again. The location is just super
Very expensive , the services provided are at an average level...The buffet, given the high price for accommodation, is very diverse...The amazing location of the room fund , it is located on the 2nd and 14th floors, between the 2nd and 14th floors there is an apartment housing stock.
We were at the hotel from May 2 to May 8, 2023. The hotel is very conveniently located - the fourth house from Republic Square. The room was two-room, very spacious - large rooms, a large bathroom. The balcony is the entire length of the room. Breakfast is on the 15th floor, i.e. one floor above, with stunning views of the whole of Yerevan and Ararat. The breakfasts are very good, a large selection of food, fruits, nuts. And the staff is very helpful.
A wonderful hotel in the heart of the city! Convenient location, beautiful views from the balcony and shared terrace
Breakfasts with a variety of choices and everything is very tasty!
Friendly staff, speaks Russian. They were allowed to leave things after the eviction, before the transfer!
Everything was clean and tidy!
Nice hotel in the center of Yerevan. Breakfast with a view of Ararat. By the way, the breakfasts are very nutritious and delicious. I was surprised to find that you can access the terrace from the room, it's great)
The location is good, the breakfasts are delicious, the hot dishes are different every day, the view of Ararat is beautiful, but the room is renovated and the furniture is outdated, so the price is rather overpriced. We are generally satisfied, it was quiet and peaceful.
Cozy and convenient location. The terrace is just great. Autumn has good breakfasts.

Great hotel! We booked through Booking, payment on the spot. Convenient location, excellent restaurants within walking distance.
A delicious and decent breakfast.
The location is excellent, almost in the city center, on the 14th floor! In clear weather, the top of Mount Ararat is visible!!! The room is nice, comfortable, has everything. The staff is also good, the service is excellent. Clear. We didn't have to have breakfast, we have an early flight, but we had lunch boxes prepared with a wonderful set of products!
Quite a decent hotel. Delicious breakfasts. Clean enough, polite staff. But they don't warn you what they charge for. There may be unpleasant surprises during the eviction. I advise you to clarify when checking in.
1. I'll start with Julia's last review, which completely confused the search for a hotel by taxi. The entrance is not from Amiryan Street at all, but from the Busand and the entrance to the arch is from it next to the Dors bar.
2. The location is really central, everything is nearby on foot, but taxi access is bad, especially in the evening- crowds of cars in three rows and traffic is terrible.
3. The room is tiny, there is basically nowhere to put the suitcases, just in the aisle by the bed, well, step over every time!
Everything is dilapidated, the toilet seat is broken in the small bathroom, the nuts of the taps are sticking out.
4. The notorious breakfast - well, yes, so-so. It seems like a full table of everything, but there is nothing to eat, everything is asexual and tasteless. As a meat eater, I was completely bored there. And a very uncomfortable breakfast space - an empty hall, not decorated in any way, and a dog's cold :), but next to it there is a huge veranda where you can warm up. Yes, and most importantly, if you leave on a morning flight, do not count on breakfast, it starts at 8 a.m. (!)
Last time we checked in, we were at the Metropol hotel for about the same money, so the advantage is clearly in her direction.
And sooooo... Good luck to everyone!
This review will be about the 14flor hotel, which is located in the center of Yerevan. I found it on a booking, the average price tag for two nights at the end of June is 65,000 drams. The room was given without a common balloon, and with a private one - a room from the end of the building. Now about the advantages and disadvantages:
ADVANTAGES:
1. You are in the very center of Yerevan, 5 minutes walk to Republic Square.
2. Very polite staff and receptionists at the reception - this is very important
3. Normal breakfast buffet: omelette, sausages, cheese, porridge, sujuk basturma, milk.
4. Clean in public places, under the bed you need to vacuum.
5. View of Yerevan from the window
6. The room has a refrigerator and everything you need
CONS:
1. Someone bit hard at night - the bites took a long time to heal, more than a week... I hope not bedbugs (((
2. The room and the balcony require minor cosmetic repairs and replace the table on the balcony - it is uncomfortable to sit
3. The common terrace was closed for repairs and this was not reported when ordering the room
4. At 10.00 o'clock, the repairmen started knocking on the terrace - laying tiles
To sum up, I will give a 4 with a minus to this hotel... It was even possible to close your eyes to the renovation of the terrace, but bitten hands are sur and trash - this is the first time this has happened to me.
I liked the hotel. Our room was very large, everything we needed was available. A large double bed and a double sofa bed. Large wardrobe, spacious bathroom, access to a shared balcony.
It's a pity that the first days of the trip we lived in another hotel. I liked it more here!
