In October 2024, I asked for help in solving what seemed to me to be a hopeless issue. I decided to purchase an ATV by signing a contract with the store, paying the cost of the ATV with a loan. After a while, I changed my mind about purchasing this purchase, due to the circumstances, I began to look for solutions. I contacted many people, but no one could explain how to act correctly and whether it was possible to terminate the contract, and no one took up the issue. The store refused to terminate the contract, and there was a court case twice. Levchenko Andrey Vladislavovich handled all the documents, drafting lawsuits in court. He represented my interests in court, without my presence, which turned out to be very convenient, because I'm from another city.
The result: the court was won, the contract was terminated, and the store paid compensation.

I decided to leave a review about the NGO "Legal Decision" and about its head, Andrey Vladislavovich.
I was forced to contact this consumer protection organization by none other than an online hypermarket. 21vek.by . I would never have thought that such problems could arise with such a large hypermarket as 21 vek.
Actually, the questions arose after the occurrence of a warranty case for a UWQHD monitor from the well-known AOC brand that I bought in the specified hypermarket. The monitor was not cheap, to put it bluntly, so I was very surprised by such a strange attitude towards my consumers, customers from a generally respected hypermarket.
One or even two weeks after handing over the monitor to the courier with all the necessary documents (Acceptance certificate on request), from the 21vek store.But I haven't heard any news. Even after I made a claim with my own hand and sent it to the seller 2 weeks later (after sending the claim), there was also no information from the service department. 21vek.by .
Thus, it was decided to contact the Society for the Protection of Consumer Rights.
It should be noted that Andrey Vladislavovich is a true professional in his field. At the first meeting, after reviewing the documents provided by me on the problem, after listening to my explanations on the circumstances of the case, Andrey Vladislavovich decided quickly enough, on the same day, that it was necessary to file a lawsuit in court. Just two days later, the claim was drawn up, signed and sent to its destination.
It should be emphasized that the main details of the case were presented concisely, but absolutely transparently and clearly. Clear formulations were given with reference to the paragraphs of the articles of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection, to the necessary articles of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus, my demands as a plaintiff were formulated, including taking into account the moral harm caused to me! To briefly summarize the content of the claim, it should be noted that it is almost impossible to draw up such a document without a legal education and without serious work experience in the field of jurisprudence.
Obviously, Andrey Vladislavovich has both a serious specialized education and extensive experience in the field of jurisprudence!
Some time after receiving the news from the Court, 21vek.Wu, apparently, got scared and moved.
The result is that all my pre–trial claims have been satisfied (the money paid for the monitor has been returned, the penalty for violating the deadlines for gratuitous elimination of deficiencies has been paid, moral damage has been compensated)!

In November 2024, I turned to Andrey Vladislavovich for legal assistance on the issue of protecting my rights as a consumer due to problems with the return of goods by the Wildberries online store. The fact is that a non-working tablet was delivered to me on prepayment (I was thinking of making a gift for my daughter) and was repeatedly refused a refund due to marriage. Before that, the city consumer protection society had already refused to help me: allegedly, without a warranty card and an official marriage certificate from the service center, we would not be able to help in any way, and it does not matter that there is neither one nor the other in principle.

BOTTOM LINE: the application was approved, the product was returned, the penalty was paid, the court was won with full compensation for moral compensation!!!
