Even the 1st star will be a lot for the "work" that the staff of this center did for my mother. The only thing you want from a visa agency is accuracy in the documents, but in my mom's documents they made a mistake in the last name, which cost my mom a visa and an entry in the VC. As a result, several weeks of collecting documents, running around banks, and time to travel to the EC are all useless. They could not offer a real solution to the problem, except to return the money. Wasted nerves, money, and time, and the only response is "sorry."
You had only one task — to get the documents right, and you failed to do it.

I applied to this agency for paperwork and submission to the visa application center. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
1. An error in the registration for submission: I was signed up to submit documents with the wrong name. This created additional problems and unnecessary stress, as we urgently had to fix the error and resolve additional issues.
2. They didn't give me a visa.: Despite the fact that I paid for the agency's services, my visa was not approved. At the same time, I did not receive any support or assistance in analyzing the reasons for the refusal.
3. Lack of solutions: After the visa was refused, the agency did not offer any options to remedy the situation. No help with the appeal, no recommendations for improving the package of documents — they just left the problem one-on-one.
The agency staff did not pay due attention to the details, which led to mistakes and, eventually, to the denial of a visa.
As a result, I was left without a visa, I spent time, nerves and money. I do not recommend this agency if you value quality, reliability and willingness to help in solving issues.
