There is absolutely no loyalty in this hub.
I'll start my story:)
I won a certificate for this institution for a -20% discount on a subscription for the new year. The subscription is valid until February 28.
I decided to sign up in mid-February for March (because it was already impossible to sign up in the middle of the month for February). I wrote in advance to fix this moment and give me a discount in March as a loyalty, because I couldn't get in February.
I wrote to them for an Instagram post and waited a day for an answer (this is about the work of the administrator).
As a result, I was refused, based on the fact that the certificate is valid until February 28. Well, okay, I thought, I'll go without a discount.
Oh yes, I forgot to mention that I wanted to sign up for a trial class.
So, after the refusal of this discount, I wrote thank you and I was not even asked (this is again about the work of the administrator) to sign up without a discount anyway..
Finally, I wrote to them myself, once again, so that they would sign me up for a trial session anyway. I wanted to go to the teacher Alina on principle (she was highly recommended to me).
They answer me again only the next day, they recorded hooray! After 3 days ,
A day earlier, they wrote to me that Alina was on vacation and Veronica would be a coach.
I was upset, but what can I do, I've already signed up, I'm going.
I came, and as a result, I didn't like it. There are more than 20 people in the hall, all sticking on top of each other. Veronica, unfortunately, there was no time to organize such a large company. I can assume that Veronica and Alina's group were united during Alina's vacation, so it was hard for her and cramped for everyone.
At the end of the lesson, they did not ask for feedback at all, as they do in others, and they did not offer to buy a subscription. Which already means that this hub is not interested in customers.
I left and thought that I wanted to give this hub another chance and finally get to coach Alina. I wrote to them on Instagram again with a request that I want to get back to the trial session. Which I was denied.
I wrote that I wanted to visit Alina last time and that she was on vacation at the last moment, hoping for some kind of loyalty, which I did not receive at the first appointment.
But then Maria, the head of the hub, joins the chat and tells me that this is what the trial session is for, to make a ‘first touch with the teacher’ and, unfortunately, they can only sign up for a one-time visit.
Apparently, she doesn't really understand what she wrote, because I never had the first touch with teacher Alina.
And it was, of course, not about the money for a one-time visit, dear supervisor Maria, this is my principle.
The conclusion is this:
-this hub is completely not loyal;
- the administrator is not qualified;
- there is no interest in customers.
I don't recommend it to anyone.
After all, if I had been given the go-ahead for a trial class with Alina, maybe I would have left with a subscription. Very sorry
I've been working at Masha's hub for 1.5 years now. The atmosphere is great, there are many activities besides training - shooting choreographies, master classes. Good physical activity, pleasant company and brain rest :) And the admin is very pleasant, he will tell you everything and tell you.
