They were booked into the Zrok clinic to see their ophthalmologist, but the appointment was canceled, and the clinic offered doctor Veronika Alexandrovna Bochilo. We were 20 minutes late (our fault, I admit). At the same time, there was no queue for the doctor, she did not see anyone. The cost of the consultation is 70 rubles. The doctor performed all the manipulations with the eyes, but simply pasted the results on the card, did not explain anything to us. She answered questions in monosyllables, reluctantly, and the words were literally pulled out with claws. The only "recommendation" that we heard was: "Well, make some glasses, well, walk around in them for a while." No parameters, no prescription, no explanation for how long. In the end, she said, "Come to your doctor and resolve the issues." Bottom line: the examination was formally performed, but as patients, we received neither information about the eye condition, nor clear recommendations, nor assistance in fact. Just an unpleasant aftertaste. One star for the doctor only
