On 01/21/2026, at 12.20 p.m., I visited this store, after which I lost all desire to go there. I went to the checkout, asked to weigh a dry lung, and then I heard from the seller that somewhere down under the counter in the drawers I had to find the right package myself and give it to him. I searched for a long time, because the product was not signed, I found the correct package and submitted it. They weighed the required amount, and then asked me to return the package. I was surprised, because I had never seen such an attitude in any store. At that moment, my friend came to the store and he started telling us that people like us were supposedly stealing expensive food. One girl distracts, the other steals. Therefore, the cashier does not leave his cashier. I think this is completely absurd. Not only were they forced to search for and serve food, they were also compared to thieves. I don't recommend it and I won't be coming back. I ask managers to teach their employees the basic rules of cultural communication.

They sold expired drops on the withers for the cat. I noticed it the next day, in the evening, when it was already necessary to treat the pet before vaccination. I had to urgently return the overdue payment and go to another store for drops. I bought it in the middle of February, the expiration date was until January 2026!! They didn't dispose of the drops with me, I hope they won't sell them to another buyer.
