I always enjoy going to this store! Good product range and very helpful staff! I often come with my pet, he knows his store and wraps it himself) Well, I can't help but note that my dog is always greeted by a nickname! It is very pleasant and speaks about attentiveness and care! I can argue with many people about the competence of the staff, because for a long time I could not find food for my fastidiousness and neither visits to the vet for 100p nor other stores helped me with this issue, and after coming here in 15 minutes, we were perfectly fed! Charlie gave it 5 stars!

A complete lack of service and basic empathy. I am leaving this review to warn other customers, especially those like me, about the situation. My visit to the store left an extremely unpleasant impression, and the reason for this is the work of the staff. The consultant, who was busy laying out the product, ignored my first request for help. I had to address her several times just to get her attention. My problem (choosing food for a picky cat) was ignored. Instead of qualified advice, I heard a blank "look at others." When the consultant finally decided to come over, her "help" came down to pointing to the food located at the very end of the hall on the TOP shelf. Considering that I am 165 cm tall and pregnant, it was not only inconvenient to reach him, but also potentially dangerous. Show basic care and help get the goods? No, you haven't. Such an attitude towards clients is unacceptable. I received no help, no advice, or even simple human involvement. Don't set foot in this store again. Only if I send my husband to get the filler.
