The worst store, like the entire chain, basically works according to its schedule, they wanted to close at 14, they wanted to close at 15, there is no information about this anywhere, they can't explain it on the hotline either, except - come another day, but call first, that is, the store has a work schedule But to get there, you need to make a phone call first! Online orders are even worse, you receive an SMS that the order is ready, you arrive at the pick-up point - there is no actual order, the attitude towards customers is terrible!

I want to set 0, how many times I went to the store, then there is no product, then the seller ignores the customer's existence altogether. The last time I placed an order through the website, I came to pick up the order, and they tell me that the store is closed for 15 minutes (there is no sign hanging on the doors, there is no information about breaks on the website either!) it's not hard to wait when they ask for it politely, rather than shouting from the doorway, it's a pity that I didn't see the seller's name and didn't immediately ask for a complaint book on the spot!👎

A wonderful sales manager, Evgenia, advised both food and vitamins, and a drug for the prevention of ticks. Thank you very much, the dog liked everything without exception. Let's be friends ;)
