Yesterday we attended an appointment with ophthalmologist E.V. Shidlovskaya, and, unfortunately, we were extremely dissatisfied with the service. From the very beginning, there was a feeling of neglect and rudeness. The doctor showed arrogance, which became stressful for both our child and for us, the parents. When our child couldn't see the letters, the doctor's reaction was completely unacceptable.: Instead of supporting and helping, she shouted, "Can't you see? Don't make it up" In addition, when trying to resolve the issue on the phone regarding the entry of data in the passport, the doctor screamed again!!!! at me, claiming that it's not necessary. This attitude towards patients is completely unacceptable. We were very sorry that we chose this clinic to order stealth glasses, and now we understand how important it is to choose a doctor with attention and respect for patients. I do not recommend contacting this specialist.
