I went into this optics on 06/08/25, I wanted to choose glasses for my eyesight. They immediately came up to me, asked me what I needed and offered me various options. The doctor checked his eyesight quickly and efficiently. The glasses are ready for about 5 days. The prices are pleasant and adequate. All the staff are sociable, tactful and polite. Customer orientation is at a good level, as is the competence of the staff. The location is very convenient! We'll only go here to choose glasses for our wife.

I came to the store to choose sunglasses. The choice fell on Ralph Lauren for 275 rubles. When I approached the consultant, I was sure that she would sell me new glasses, not from the window. But I saw her putting the old glasses in a new box, without warning me that they were from the window. It seems to me that this should be warned in advance. The service was not polite. The only good thing is that they didn't force anything on me. Overall, a good assortment. But I'm not going back there anymore.

A good choice. The staff doesn't dismiss you, they offer to try on something that doesn't fit in order to "know" what doesn't fit. I chose glasses, giggled with the salesman, an excellent optometrist on staff. 5 stars.
