She's fine, and to this day, she's working properly and being exploited by children every day. We purchased a Valencia sofa 1 year ago. And we'll take it off, too, everything was fine. But, on which day we discovered a slight change in the shape of the seat. We called the seller, told him about the problem, and on the same day a car with the guys arrived at our place. They examined the sofa, took it away and took it to production. They replaced the frame there and brought it back and installed it in place. We completed this job in less than a week, despite the fact that we live in Mogilev, and the factory is located in Zaslavl. Thank you for taking a responsible approach to your work. There are only excuses and promises, there are no responsible employees, what does the director do, looking at this mess. The main thing is that they have received the money, and when a person receives their goods paid for, it is not their problem. I don't recommend this factory to anyone. They've been doing it since January, and it's unclear when it will be ready. Deadlines are added like "just in case", and you have paid — wait... In the store, they are homey, angry, and only promise.

We bought a chair that broke down exactly at the end of the warranty period. I contacted the customer service for repairs. Referring to the heavy load, they queued it up. We are waiting for the third month, there is no feedback. We tried to contact them again, the answer is the same again, the load is high. Question: " Is the quality of the products of this factory so low that the service department can not cope with the repair? Or is it the irresponsibility of the customer service?" We will not contact this factory anymore.

Complete disappointment. I bought a sofa from this "wonderful" factory. The merit of the sales consultant. Dear girl Elena, she talked for a long time about the quality and the fact that this is factory furniture! And their quality is not comparable to the rest. Really no comparison!!!! I haven't seen such a hack since the days of the market in the 90s. Some bolts/screws are missing from the backrest fasteners. The pillows are stitched crookedly and stuffed unevenly and poorly. The zippers on the pillows are not fixed, the dogs jump off, the seams are coming apart. When trying to spread out the sofa, something sticks all the time and does not work. In general, this is not a factory, but an office called Horns and Hooves. And the order was completed 2 weeks late. There were no apologies and a call that they didn't have time either. I called and searched by myself.

I must say right away that I am completely satisfied with the sofa and also unhappy with the service. 1. We ordered a sofa on 04.01. we promised to bring it in March. But there was silence in March. I called. Postponed to April. I called in April, but it was postponed to May. But by some miracle, on April 19th, the sofa was brought. 2. I immediately clarified where the warranty is, which the seller did not issue. They said to look in the couch. And of course there was no guarantee in it. And there were no assembly instructions and no armrest attachment. 3. Well, it seems we called each other and decided that in a week they would bring me a mount and a warranty card. And so the uncles come to me and hang up the mount without a tape measure and measurements "by eye". They hang him the second time, and then not exactly. Of course, they didn't have a guarantee for me either. I do not know how to rate this factory, because I like the sofa. It's beautiful, comfortable, and so far there have been no quality issues. But all these nuances spoiled the whole impression. There's no way I'd have anything to do with this factory a second time. I hope the warranty case will not force me to contact them again.

I was disappointed in this factory...we ordered a sofa in Bobruisk at the beginning of the year, the sales consultant informed us that we were paying the loan for a couple of months and the sofa would be ready. The production period for the sofa was 70 days, the contract specified 70 working days, and if there was an emergency at the factory, production could be extended by another 20 calendar days. February and March passed, and at the end of April they started calling themselves and finding out what was wrong with the order. The sales consultant was very nervous, freaked out and hung up on her, saying what questions she had: the factory had received the money, they were making it, and she did not know the exact delivery time of our order. Although for a moment, an additional period has already passed (20 calendar days) and they are obliged to inform the customer that they are extending the production period and for what reason. An additional period passes and again no one calls us. We'll call you ourselves and find out everything. Once again, everyone I talk to is nervous and rude! I informed them that the penalty percentage was specified in the contract for non-fulfillment of the order in due time, to which they began to deny and say what kind of penalty (violation of the contract). Anyway, with a terrible feeling in our hearts, we finally received our order. No one paid the penalty (violation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus on the Rights and obligations of the consumer).There are no questions about the sofa, but the mattress stinks terribly of superglue. It feels like they started making the order at the end of April, when we started calling and reminding them about ourselves. In general, anyone who wants to get on their nerves is your option))) Despite the fact that the furniture is not bad, the attitude towards people is terrible!!!

An amazing tandem of designers who don't even think about how their furniture will be assembled, where it will be reliable, and where it will hang out like dog ears, and direct furniture manufacturers who mark, drill, cut, upholstered, etc. the product itself is either with closed eyes, or not with their hands, and with their feet, either they have roulette wheels without markings and worn to holes.. Anyway, I bought a Mia bed from this "wonderful" manufacturer. The movers were very eager to assemble this craft, but because there was simply no room in the apartment yet (I hadn't disassembled the old bed), I refused their services. Well, during the assembly, I realized by whom this furniture is designed, manufactured and sold: in short, everything was done on a whim. Let's start with the assembly instructions (which, by the way, is not there, according to the movers, but it is still nailed to the headboard) - if you assemble according to this "instruction" you will definitely break or damage something, even if you assemble together - the one who drew this "instruction" did not really think about the process itself I just drew where and what to screw on.. Further manufacturing: the holes are drilled any way (not a single hole matched normally), the embedded nuts and bolts are installed in the same way, the upholstery brackets are driven into the very edge of the crossbars, the box legs are screwed obliquely (the caps stick out), and the guides for fixing the headboard are a separate kind of design perversion, indifference, inexperience, I I would say even with elements of sadism... The result is a hand-made piece in which: one of the mattresses does not press against the box in the corner, the gaps between the boxes and the headboard are different on the left and right sides, and my favorite is that after mounting the headboard on the rails on the boxes, this headboard dangles like a board on a GAS (see video). But right in the store on Matusevich Street, I asked the sales consultant why the headboard was hanging out, and they told me that it was an exhibition piece and it was just not fully assembled - they lied. To sum up: furniture is firewood, designed and made by people who should not be allowed to do this work. I do not recommend anyone to purchase ZMF products.

DECEPTION OF THE CONSUMER. On 02.12.21, they tried to order a sofa for almost 4 thousand white rubles. We were promised a production time of 3 weeks, do not worry, it will definitely be by NG. For some reason, the contract specifies 60 WORKING days with the possibility of extension for another 21 days. After long and painful negotiations with Marina's lawyer, Andrey's fabric supplier, and Zhanna Vladimirovna's boss, they agreed to 30 working days, with the possibility of extending it for another 21 days. If we chose the fabric from the availability, made an advance payment, then why can't the supplier subscribe to their own promises? Apparently, because promises DECEIVE the consumer, providing incorrect information.

They began to discuss among themselves that outwardly we were not suitable, and the seller (a woman with red hair) intervened in our dialogue and began to very persistently and rudely persuade us to look at the catalog, to our "no" she began to snort, telling us "I don't understand how a man chooses furniture" (although it doesn't concern her in any way) I started yelling at the whole store that I wasn't in the mood (although we chatted kindly with the rest of the sellers from other companies) And I shouldn't spoil her mood! When her husband started telling this lady that she shouldn't behave like that, she just turned around, put on an earphone and shouted, "Go on, I'm not listening to you."
