I went to the bakery today. I didn't know they had a special offer: a discount on pastries starting at 19:00. I arrived at about 18:57, and the order was sent to me at full cost. I walked away from the cashier, and at that moment the cashier announces a discount. It is very annoying that I was not offered to wait two minutes. I haven't paid off yet, and they're announcing the promotion right in front of me. I didn't swear, but the desire to go to this store disappeared. It would be easier to talk about a discount than to lose a customer, and I sometimes came here.
