I want to share an unpleasant experience of serving in your store. I came to get a specific watch, went to a consultant and immediately said that I would take it. The clock was put behind the counter, but the consultant went to other customers instead of making the purchase — I had to wait 7-10 minutes, although I arrived before the others. After registration, I was offered to contact the service center to remove unnecessary links, and they informed me that it was open until 20:00. Upon arrival, it turned out that the service center closes at 19:00. The situation has created unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. I hope the management will pay attention to the work of the staff and the accuracy of information about the schedule of service services.
