Very convenient location. A new, modern residential complex with cozy apartments. There are many shops, cafes and a stadium nearby. Public transport is 10 meters away. The territory is closed and convenient.

We removed the apparatuses for 9 days. The complex is still under repair, there are many workers, the elevator did not work once. At wheelchair access roads, ice freezes at the entrance in the evening. The elevators are covered in film and shields, so far the beauty cannot be appreciated. Repairs are underway, and they start hammering at 8 a.m. So the area is clean and cozy.
