A warm, cozy house, the AXIS is working! The sound insulation is excellent, the elevator is inaudible in many houses. Everything you need for basic necessities is within walking distance!

Pros: normal sound insulation; clean entrances; good elevators; large Windows; relatively large Parking. Cons: there is a gas boiler in the middle of the yard and it smokes all winter. I am sure that security is being observed there, but I still have a feeling of fear that if God forbid it crashes, then the house next to it will fall apart

There's only one ATM here, and it's not working. At retail outlets, no one agrees to accept the transfer and give the cash. You need to install at least one more ATM. The facade and porches look good, there are ramps for baby strollers.
