Ruined health and childhood trauma! Instead of recovery, there is bullying and indifference of the staff. I am writing this review with great pain and indignation. My niece went to this sanatorium for health, but returned with severe psychological trauma. What happened within the walls of this institution defies any justification! In the child's room, four female peers were systematically bullied. It got to the point of utter savagery: the girl's personal belongings were stolen, she was constantly called names, and at some point her hair was simply cut off! These same kids drew the walls with a marker and meanly blamed all the blame on my niece. The child was in despair, but when she tearfully turned to the nurse at the post for help, she simply waved her off.: "I'm not responsible for anything and I'm not going to figure it out." This is heard by a child who has come to a medical facility where adults are legally required to be responsible for him! The whole weekend the child was in this hell. It was only after our call to the deputy head physician that the niece was finally relocated. But the most outrageous thing is that the administration stated that "no perpetrators have been identified," although we named the specific name of the instigator who led all this harassment. The children weren't punished in any way, they got away with it! As a result, even after the relocation, the child had a real tantrum. The niece sobbed and flatly refused to stay in this place where no one protected her. We had to take her home, she hadn't been in the sanatorium for two weeks. We were on our way to get healthy, and we got our hair cut off, stolen things, and a broken psyche. I appeal to the management: in your sanatorium, violent bullying and complete connivance on the part of the staff flourish, children are left to themselves, and adults just "don't want to figure it out"
