All this is because of one apartment, where the ball valves flew (as they said in the emergency room). Why couldn't you put a plug in one apartment, why didn't they block one riser or one entrance??? They just shut down the whole house and that's it for the weekend. Woe to the experts. The emergency room responded quite tactlessly, they didn't like what they were asking or, as the dispatcher said, "Why are you interrogating me?" Then who should I ask questions to? Low level of professionalism.
