This is not a fitness club, but some kind of attraction disrespecting customers for their own money. If you value your health and nerves, never buy a subscription here. Why is this place a failure: • Staff and service: There are people sitting at the reception who absolutely don't care about you. No courtesy, no help. It feels like you've come to their house uninvited. • Coaching staff: It's hard to call these people "specialists". The level of competence is below the baseboard. Either they're on their phones, or they're talking complete nonsense that will only harm your health. • Unsanitary conditions in the pool: It's just dangerous! The water is cloudy, dirty, and there is no hygienic control at all. It feels like everything is being poured into the water, and the certificates here are simply bought or not checked at all. Going in there is guaranteed to catch a fungus or worse. • Price/Quality: The price tag is sky-high, as in the premium segment, but in fact you get a service level of an abandoned basement. The area is full of worthy competitors, where for the same money you will be greeted with a smile and clean towels. The verdict: It's time for the owners of the club to take off their rose-colored glasses, disperse this whole "team" and hire normal, competent managers and coaches. Now it's not a business, but a mockery of people.
