The last time we bought cheese, we bought 1 whole large circle and one semicircle for a lot of money (1 kg 4000 thousand)at the fair of the Akmola region in Astana, they were stored in a refrigerator (new) in the freshness zone in parchment paper, cut off as necessary, but they were extremely disappointed when they opened it again and saw a solid fluffy mold of terrifyingly green color, neither the company's employees, represented by the deputy director, technologist, did not want to resolve this situation and to explain the reason , they did not compensate for our losses, no customer orientation, loyalty to regular customers, responsibility for the quality of their product! Receipts for the purchase and photos/videos were provided. We have been waiting for 2 weeks for measures to be taken for examination, but we have not received a decision. Cheese is a long-term storage product that should not have deteriorated in this way. Cheese has been stored in stores for months and nothing happens to it and there is no need for fans and special refrigerating chambers, which the technologist talks about. Zhaksa shifted the blame for the defective product and the violation of cooking technology to the client .
