Everything is fine , a great hotel for your money, clean and cozy, the room is cleaned daily, they give you plenty of water, coffee and tea at the reception. Murat speaks Russian at the reception, in general, all the staff is very pleasant and always ready to help. This is the second time we come here. All attractions are within walking distance.

Definitely 5⭐️ Were in Istanbul from 11.04 to 18.05 and spent the whole week in Zem(e). This hotel and the Fatih area itself have become a pleasant discovery. I must say right away that we took tickets and accommodation separately, so everything came out at a very pleasant price (even during the tulip festival) of 27,000rubles. Free Wi-Fi at the reception and on each floor, water, coffee, tea are also offered and are not limited. The restaurant is still being finalized, but it should appear in the future (xs, maybe someone will be lucky to find it). The rooms are clean and compact. Everything you need is there. There was no noise, as everyone walks and comes in the evening. Our balcony-window overlooked the backyard, so every morning we were greeted by blooming mini-trees, seals and locals with cups of coffee. The renovation is fresh and couldn't be better for 27 thousand. Cleaning every day, linen and towels are clean. There is always hot water. There is a Russian-speaking staff: umbrellas, a freezer for medicines, dry cleaning - everything is organized. There are grocery stores nearby: shok (like our mini-Auchan), local people buy there. One of the advantages is that all historical sights are nearby. Cisterns, museums, mosques, the Grand Bazaar and the Egyptian Bazaar (through it you get off at the Eminyunyu stop and you already find yourself at the Galata Bridge; trams run from there along the Bosphorus and to the Asian part). Overall, I think the rest was a success.

Nice hotel in the center. He'll come in for a couple of nights. You can say it's homemade. Breakfast is normal, but you're full. The rooms, like everywhere else there, are without heating, but the cunning saves. It gets warm quickly. Everything is close around. And eateries, and coffee shops, and attractions.
