We had our first vacation in Abkhazia. They chose Lzda because of the beach (pine trees and pebbles). According to the reviews, we found the "Green Courtyard" and were not mistaken. I'd like to mention the atmosphere right away: you don't feel like you're in a hotel, but somewhere in your grandmother's village in early childhood, only the house is stylish and modern. Wonderful hosts - Asida and Lavrenty, very hospitable and sincere. Cozy rooms, it is clear that the arrangement was approached with soul and creativity. Each is individually decorated and clean. Snow-white bed linen, soft pillows, a good mattress. We were comfortable. The yard is really very green, surrounded by greenery, as the name promises. The territory is fenced, there is a small pond, a swing, a children's house. My daughter walked with pleasure, especially since there were cats and kittens)))He still remembers it. We lived on the second floor with a terrace. We had an amazing view of the mountains. The beach is five minutes away, you walk past the relict pines. What a fragrance! Shops, cafes and a large playground are within walking distance. I really liked the pine grove park. We walked to Pitsunda (about 30 minutes). A great place for a relaxing holiday. I recommend it to everyone who appreciates comfort, nature and human warmth. Many thanks to Asida and Lavrenty for their hospitality! I wish prosperity to the Green Courtyard! We will definitely come back.

We rested for 10 days. The impressions are only positive. Room (apartment): cozy, spacious, clean, washing shower accessories are available, good plumbing, snow-white bed linen, air conditioning and refrigerator. Kitchen-terrace: individual and separate, everything you need is there, a stove, a kettle, stylish dishes (not a mass market), cutlery, even a coffee maker, glasses, mugs, etc. I would especially like to mention the view of the mountains from the terrace in a comfortable swing chair and with a glass of wine-relax! There are also two shared kitchens on the ground floor. There is a small cafe-dining room at the guest house, they cook delicious at home, and also at affordable prices. The staff is attentive and friendly. The territory is covered in greenery, the whole courtyard is covered with vines and kiwis, and the outdoor air conditioner is turned on in the heat (spraying with water). It's comfortable and cozy. A separate highlight is a pond with nymphs and fish. There is even a soccer field and a basketball court. The beach is no more than a 5-minute walk away, the beach is clean, the water is clear, there are stalls with drinks and snacks, and of course the Pitsundov pines-the smell of pine needles is wonderful. I would especially like to mention the friendly hosts! Thank you so much for the warm welcome and attentive attitude towards the guests!!! And the transfer will be arranged or a taxi to the railway station. We want to come back again. I recommend this guest house, come, you won't regret it!

We had a rest in 2026 at the beginning of July. I was on vacation with the kids . I liked the guest house. The room is beautiful, designer. Comfortable beds. The courtyard and the rooms are arranged so that we don't interfere with each other. Beautiful green courtyard. There is a small dining room on the premises where the food is delicious. When they didn't want to cook, they went there to eat. The friendly and friendly hostess is Asida. The courtyard is located in a quiet location. There is a pine forest nearby. The sea and the beach are nearby. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. We enjoyed relaxing here.
