After the application, my son had a severe asthma attack, which had to be stopped urgently. After complaining to the hotline, the same pharmacist called me back and cynically stated that the attack was "good, the body is fighting," insisting on continuing to drip the dangerous drug. The money for the drug was returned, but the management did not take action against the employee, whose actions directly threaten people's lives, and did not contact me, as they said when filing the complaint. I sent an appeal above., since it is not decided at the local level. Avoid this pharmacy!

Complete lack of competence of a pharmacist. It gives the impression of a trader in the market. Just to sell some supposedly natural product. We applied to buy urgently needed eye drops. Instead, the pharmacist actively offered some herbal drops on a natural basis. As a result, it turned out to be a waste of money, because the drops do not help (they do not even contain the active substance, only the juices of various plants) and have absolutely nothing to do with those prescribed by the doctor. It's a terrible approach to customer service at the pharmacy.

I don't understand why everyone in the reviews attacked the pharmacist. I was at this pharmacy today - a normal guy, not just a vendor, but a professional - he knows his entire range and is well-versed in what can be offered. In my opinion, a salesperson who is able to throw out drug options is much better than one who will mumble "everything in the window" to any question and continue to sit on his phone.
