I have been going to Zephyr for several years, a good studio, always friendly staff at the reception, the day before the visit they always call and clarify about the visit. It's clean and cozy. High-level craftsmen, the gelak is worn for a long time, until the next visit. Nothing breaks off. Thanks to Zephyr Kiet.

Unfortunately, this is the worst manicure I've ever had. I signed up for this salon based on a recommendation, since my permanent master is not working right now. I got to Master Sabine. The procedure took almost three hours, and all this time I drew the master's attention to the shape of the nails, because they turned out to be of different lengths and shapes. As a result, the result is crooked nails, different lengths, sloppy shape, and the nails on the back were not even properly treated. To be honest, I was shocked by the result, especially considering that the salon positions itself as a high-level salon. In the correspondence, everything was reduced to the wording "you were not satisfied with the result," although here we are not talking about taste, but about the quality of the work done. I'm very disappointed. Such things just shouldn't happen in a salon that claims a high level of service.

I went to this studio before, but after the last situation I strongly reconsidered my attitude. I wanted to buy some gift certificates for manicures and pedicures. It turned out that you definitely need to pay another 50,000 soums to the cost of the service just for the certificate itself. That is, I pay not only for the service, but also separately for a piece of paper, which in the end the recipient will simply throw away. At the same time, the certificate looks as ordinary as possible, without any special design or value. In ordinary printing, such things are much cheaper. I asked if it was possible to issue a certificate without this surcharge or in a different format, but they told me that there was no other option. In fact, it turns out a strange situation: to give a service to the same studio, you need to pay an additional 50,000 soums for a piece of cardboard. As someone who works in marketing, I can say that this looks completely illogical and more like an additional way to earn money, rather than a service for customers. In the end, I refused and decided to buy certificates from another studio. It's a pity, because initially I wanted to continue going here. But after this approach, you start to wonder if it's worth staying a customer at all.
