We visited this campsite in 2023, it was well maintained, the owner Romeo was expressive and not particularly talkative, but as guests it did not concern us. It was clear that the territory was being monitored and improved, even in the process there was a gym with exercise equipment. We arrived in 2025 and it's a complete disappointment 👎👎👎 We arrived at night, the territory is not illuminated in any way, we settled down with lanterns. The next day, the adventures began, and we didn't feel safe for a single day out of 4.: 1. The kitchen was closed and practically not opened (according to the owner, it was robbed by locals and now he does not want to open it for guests), that is, even using the refrigerator was problematic. 2. The building itself with toilet, shower and other things is ruined in places, nothing is being repaired, the ceiling collapsed in the toilet and only one of the 3 cubicles was closed. 3. There is hot water in the shower and this is certainly a plus, but it is constantly damp, I have not seen it cleaned, the door does not close and there is a constant smell. 4. The owner and his partner were constantly fighting over their relationship, swearing loudly, and having some kind of party with one of the guests with loud music. 5. On the second day, his girlfriend came to us to pay for the rest of the month (previously, the payment was based on the days spent at the check-out, which alerted us), they paid in advance for 5 days. The next day, she also came to borrow money for painkillers. As it turned out, the owner is a drug addict and broke her ribs and in general he has a suspended sentence (why do we need these details on vacation?). As a result, for 4 days she asked for help to move out of his place and move things across the street, we went to a meeting. Half an hour later, Romeo (the owner) came up to us, threw money for the remaining paid day with the phrase "you can move out" In general, the rest was ruined, we went to the hotel, although we really like to relax in campsites. We tried to find another one, but there are not so many of them on the coast. I strongly advise against this camping site, I want to believe that the owner will change.

There is a sandy beach a few kilometers to the north. Cons: there is no Wi-Fi, there is no catering within walking distance, there are not enough gazebos for daytime socializing and tea drinking. Pebbles on the beach. There are no shelters from the sun on the beach.

The territory is large, green, this is a plus. There is electricity. You can get up by car. A huge disadvantage is the bathrooms. A hole in the floor instead of a toilet. One of the three is broken, the second is without a door. The smell is appropriate. Unsanitary conditions and disrespect for visitors. The shower consists of two cabins, closed with a curtain. Male and female together. In one stall there is no watering can at all, in the second the hose is torn, flowing in all directions. There are two hooks inside. The shelves are broken. They clean up in the morning, but by lunchtime the floor is dirty, because there is no vestibule, or even a platform for taking off shoes. Toilet and shower are the main advantage of an equipped camping site over a wild one. He's not here. I hope something will be done about it. It costs 15 GEL per person per night, discounts for children.
