The price/quality ratio does not allow this place to enter the top. The main hall is terribly smoky. The bread is stale, and there are some additional charges for every sneeze - for music, for service, which, together with the high price tags compared to competitors in Dushanbe, reduces the overall rating. There is no gramming of many dishes. The waiter insisted that 690 somons for 800 grams of meat is a normal price :). Lemonades and cocktails are very mediocre - ice is not a friend of the local bartender, but a brother. One of the advantages is the view of Dushanbe.

I thank the staff of the Zafar restaurant in Victory Park in Dushanbe for their help. The food is delicious there. The windows offer a beautiful view of the city. This restaurant is run by Pamiris. They showed me hospitality and even allowed me to spend 2 nights on the couch in the gym and also gave me delicious food.
