This is not the first time we have come to the Zada establishment. Moreover, we travel from far away — we spend 4-5 thousand tenge for a taxi there and back, just to have a good time. We always liked the atmosphere: we constantly order hookah, teas, desserts — everything is delicious, and the service used to be decent. But today's visit was the most disappointing. There were 5 of us. We ordered tea and coffee. We waited for 30-40 minutes. As a result, the coffee arrived after the hookah. Can you imagine the level of expectation? During this time, I drank three glasses of tea and told the waiter Aniyar several times that I no longer wanted coffee because it was too long to wait. I repeated it three times. But he brought it anyway and said it couldn't be canceled. The coffee (filter) turned out to be completely empty in taste — watery, without flavor. Complete disappointment. And at the same time, they also included 10% for the service. For what service? For ignoring requests and waiting a long time? This is disrespectful to the guests, especially to the regular customers. Please contact the director of the institution. You've lost very loyal customers who really appreciated this place.
