They asked me to pay extra for the revision ( I paid extra ) , the errors were not corrected , but the work was exposed as redone . Mistakes , typos , and nonsense are written in some sentences . Using AI . The money is not returned, but they are asked to refine it a thousand times . People, be careful , they're cheating here. Buy-in is the worst service

If you want to save your nerves, don't write a term paper with this organization. I really regret that I paid money for such poor-quality work. Moreover, I had to rewrite the term paper myself, and I have the impression that they did not even read the title of the term paper, since the topic does not correspond to the written term paper. I asked them to fix the work, and they managed to misunderstand the topic of the course twice. The result is that the entire term paper is written on a different topic. The manager is very inconsiderate and transmits incorrect information to the specialists. Specialists do their work poorly, just to write. There are a lot of typos and mistakes in the work. Wasted nerves and money. At first, they refused to return the money, until the last they proved that I was wrong, I reported the information incorrectly, they denied their mistake. Then I proved that it wasn't my fault. They agreed to refund the money, I even filled out some kind of refund document, and I received an email. But the money never came 2 months later. They say, contact the bank. I really regret contacting this organization. I have never seen such an attitude anywhere. Please don't repeat my mistakes, it's easier to contact specialists who will at least write a term paper in accordance with its name and ask enough questions to understand what should be in the term paper.
