I have to share an extremely negative experience of visiting the pool, which, unfortunately, left extremely unpleasant memories and, more importantly, health consequences. Together with my partner, we decided to spend time visiting this institution, however, after visiting we encountered a number of problems that, in my opinion, require immediate solutions from the administration. The first thing that upset us was the condition of the pool and its surroundings. The sides of the pool were covered with mold, which clearly indicates a lack of hygiene and care. As a result of active swimming, my boyfriend and I got calluses on our hands, as the surface of the sides was uneven and rough. However, that was just the beginning of our troubles. Unfortunately, after visiting the pool, we were both diagnosed with foot fungus. This is unacceptable and indicates serious problems with the sanitary conditions in the pool. We had to see a doctor and start a course of treatment, which entailed additional costs and discomfort. In addition, the conditions in the locker rooms leave much to be desired. The inability to close the changing booths forces visitors to change clothes in full view of everyone, which is a violation of personal space and creates a sense of awkwardness. Moreover, the pool staff behaved extremely impolitely and incompetently, unwilling to resolve the issues that had arisen and showing complete indifference to the problems of visitors. I believe that the pool administration should immediately take measures to improve sanitary conditions, carry out repairs and ensure that the standards of decency in the locker rooms are respected. Otherwise, visiting this pool may pose a threat to the health and well-being of its visitors.
