Very nice guest house, friendly hosts. We have been coming to Georgia for several years and every time we live in this house for half of our holidays. The house is close to the sea, in a quiet part of the town, within walking distance. There are also all the necessary shops nearby. The rooms themselves are pleasant, clean, and cozy. There is a barbecue area and a table for outdoor gatherings. As always, we are satisfied.

Everything is nearby - the sea, a cafe, a Magnet, and all the necessary shops. Cape Zelyony has cleaner water and a botanical garden nearby. There is a sulfur spring nearby that cures all diseases) Very kind and hospitable people - Georgians, you are welcome everywhere! Even Georgian dogs are all kind and ready to accompany you for the rest of your life. The guest house is more well-maintained compared to others, and the owners are responsive and benevolent. In the courtyard there is a barbecue, tables with a tent, swings and beautiful plants. And in the kitchen everything is cozy, neat and homely. With your family, it's an ideal place for a budget vacation.

It's a great place! I was completely delighted with our vacation with a friend in this cute three-storey house away from the main road, in a quiet and cozy place. There are wonderful neighbors nearby. There are shops and, most importantly, the sea within walking distance from the house!!! The sea is within walking distance, 10 minutes, though across the street. Surprisingly, there are few people on the beach in June and the sea is always clear. There are sun beds and umbrellas. On the ground floor of this wonderful house there is a kitchen-dining room, it has all the necessary appliances and utensils. There are separate shelves for groceries in the locker and refrigerator. I would like to note the hospitality and good-natured attitude of the owners of this house: Luba and Gregory. You can contact them with all your questions, they will tell you everything. The rooms are very bright with good furniture, comfortable beds, air conditioning. I'm sure I'll come back here many more times!!!
