First of all, I made a cash payment, why did the courier come with the terminal and say that it was cashless? Secondly, we had only 3 rolls and 2 sauces for 50 rubles, were you so confused in the order that you forgot to put the chopsticks? The whole order arrived in sauce, sticky, the rolls are not even folded like in a normal delivery. Salmon is very salty. BUT THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT IS THE ROLLS THEMSELVES, what is it anyway? Where's the cheese? Are the rolls falling apart, honestly? I don't even want to eat this horror.

But there is one huge BUT. Delivery and manager. Instead of the promised 1.5 hours, I had to wait 2.5, if the girl on the phone had initially said that time, there would have been fewer questions. And also, when trying to call and clarify when to wait for food and whether to wait at all, only beeps were heard, the staff did not consider it necessary to answer any of the phones presented. I also did not receive any warnings about the delay in the order or apologies. As much as I dislike the food in this place, this was my last order. I had already ordered from the guys earlier and there were also delays, I thought it was an isolated incident, force majeure, but no, this is the norm of this delivery.
