The result : eyebrows - preserved for at most a week, or rather 4 days (taking into account the fact that I followed the recommendations and did not wet for 24 hours, and always slept on my back) Eyelashes - less than 14 days. + after clarifying in advance whether it is possible to pay with a card, she answered me positively. In fact, the master meant the translation! Transfer - does not issue a fiscal document (i.e. a receipt ->which confirms the contract and terms of service) . For a moment, violation of the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection" art. 9 and art. 10. + Art. 421 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia This practice is widespread in Armenia. To the question "I see it is possible to pay for idram using the QR code," they answered "It is not working now." In short, the transfer fee is still +2%. The service cost 15,000 drams I am very disappointed, because there is something to compare it with. I don't know what cheap formulations are used, but I won't recommend this place to anyone.
