Great potential, but… This restaurant has great potential! The staff is friendly and the general vibe is great! However as a Dutch tourist in Russia I have to admit that there is still some room for improvements. The bitterballen we had looked promising when we ordered them from the menu, but unfortunately they where soggy and a bit cold on the inside like they where either heated up or microwaved which is just a shame since they could really be great. The Dutch waffles missed that crunch that you’d expect it to have… I definitely see the potential in this place, and if the dishes were like they are supposed to be I would definitely increase my rating! Please improve them and you have something great here! Ps, also add mustard to the sauces this is typical for bitterballen in The Netherlands 😉

I have been here twice already. The kitchen is inspired by Dutch cuisine but with a modern twist. The bitterballs are in 8 different flavours and I can advise everybody to try them all. However the restaurant is underground the location is good due to the walk through from new Holland to the centre. They are still working on the interior but I'm already sure that this restaurant will be a big success.
