I applied to youcanswim for swimming training in Vitebsk, training began on April 15, the work of the consultant and the supervisor did not cause any questions, I paid in advance for the entire course (16 trainings). After the weekend (April 29 and May 1) on May 6, we were unable to get to training because the track was not paid for, and technical support did not answer calls. The next day, a representative of the company got in touch and promised to resolve the issue, and the training continued from May 8 to May 22. On May 27, the coach refused to conduct training sessions, and on June 1, the pool was closed. Starting on May 27, my classmates and I began to raise the issue of refunds for the remaining 7 training sessions, and we wrote applications for refunds. During June, almost everyone received a message with a "refund schedule", basically the amount was divided into several payments, the first of which was to be made before July 10. At the time of writing the review, on July 12, I received the full refund amount, and 2 more people received the first transfer "according to schedule." Most of the clients from my group and the parallel group did not receive payments.

Scammers. I paid an advance payment for 2 months, then the start of the courses was postponed several times for unknown reasons. When she said that there was a time limit because her son was leaving, she was assured that all classes would be completed by September. As a result, they had a "force majeure" when there were no classes for almost a month. They kept me in the dark and fed me breakfast. As a result, I wrote a statement about the termination of the contract and the refund of funds. The money has not been returned so far.

The managers did not get in touch. I had to call the pool and ask if there would be classes, as it turned out, the pool was not paid for! As a result, no one returned the money, and everyone was fed breakfast. Hiding behind the fact that they are processing refund requests. What we have today, no money, no clear information on when to expect it. Not to mention some skills. They have suspended their activities, so if they return the money, it will be at the expense of new clients, which is very similar to a pyramid scheme. I took the course for the second time. Everything was fine the first time, so I couldn't even think that I would pay money to nowhere. I applied to the Consumer Protection Society. It seems that I will return the money through the court.
