Previously, 2 ProfLine collectors were purchased, which are supplied by Euroterm. When they were installed, it turned out that both collectors were not working properly. Flowmeters are not regulated, and they do not overlap the closing circuit. When trying to twist the flow meter to close the circuit, it rests inside the collector, most likely against the nipple. I contacted Euroterm with a request to help solve the problem, which was refused by the management, through an employee. They said that the management does not want to communicate. In fact, they do not bear any responsibility for their supplied equipment. I do not recommend this company, if problems arise, they do not even want to figure it out.

I bought a stabilizer in their store in Borisov. Burned down. They are not repaired under warranty. They say voltage jumps are not a factory defect. What is this product that does not withstand voltage surges and an excuse from the warranty. I do not recommend the company and their products.

I made the purchase on Saturday and there were questions with the card payment! There was one person in the office and I was told that the payment was only in cash and without payment ! When asked why I can't pay with a card, I was told that there is no boogalter and it's not their responsibility to make a purchase with a cash card! As a result , I had to circle, withdraw cash and pay without paying ! It seems to me that it 's not very good to work like this nowadays !

It's a strange attitude. I ordered a spare part for the boiler. Prepayment by card is 100%. I have previously specified the delivery time to another city. 2 working days said. Well, fine, that's fine. I paid by placing an order through the website form. 2 days of silence. I began to find out what and how. I found out that in fact the delivery is not 2 days, but as luck would have it. I was unlucky. I paid for it at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, and will only arrive on Saturday. You can see a lot of orders... They can't cope...
