As long as you find this point, it's easier to sail to Africa. No pointers, absolutely nothing. They make these items in multi-apartment boxes, and you look wherever you want. And the pick-up point itself is dirty and not cozy. I'm adding a review a year later... I don't understand who they're recruiting at these pick-up points at all. Not only are the staff inadequate and uneducated, but the mail rules are so stupid that all desire to use the services has disappeared. I won't go any more, and I don't advise you!

Many thanks to a conscientious woman who uses regulations and follows the law. I forget about the human factor… The first time I came across this, they didn't issue either an email or simple parcels without a passport. The passport photo on the phone didn't fit… I understand everything, but in any situation you can find a compromise.… Lost time, spoiled mood, walking with a small child in the bitter cold
