The first time I sent a parcel from Euromail, many thanks to the girls who helped me figure everything out, quickly,politely, so I'm amazed by the bad reviews, I want to ask these people, is everything really so bad in their lives???

The parcel was sent from Bobruisk (Minsk street branch) to Mogilev on Monday, the recipient was in Mogilev until Saturday, it was important that the parcel arrived before that time. The package was not tracked, the staff was contacted, they also said that it was not tracked. The package was in the amount of 250 rubles, which we expected to receive within a week. On Saturday, the parcel was finally found, it turned out to be in Minsk, it is not known when it will be in Mogilev. We explain that now there is no one in Mogilev to pick her up. We were offered to issue a refund, which, for a second, is paid, 2.50. As a result, we didn't sell the item and couldn't get our 250 rubles, and we also paid 11 rubles (8.40 shipping and 2.50 refund) for frayed nerves. Previously, we had no such applicants and all the parcels arrived in three days, but this situation is simply egregious! And we were given to understand that the compensation would be about 1 ruble... It's a disgusting situation... We are very disappointed.

The service is normal, the staff are polite. They even help you find out where the product is by tracking it [if you can't do it yourself]. The only thing to note is that the area is very small, it is not always sufficiently ventilated, and different people come...
