I made an order via Euromail and regretted it very much. At the sorting point, 4 days before shipment. When the delivery message arrived, I was in another city and had to drive 50 km to find out that I had just wasted my time and fuel. The program is stuck and no one cares except the administrator. I stood for about thirty minutes and found out that I wouldn't get anything today. Now it's only Belpost that matters, and I advise you.

I have been using Euromail services since its opening. Everything was fine until the last visit. Polite staff. And at the last visit to the point, the employee was shocked. It was not a disguised rudeness. I also wanted the new employees to behave politely and treat people and their duties normally.
